2.1.7 A record of any correspondence between you and Zer0, we may record and/or listen to phone calls between you and Zer0 (for example, with agents of our Community Service). We offer you the possibility to object to this processing at the beginning of the call;

2.1.8 A record of any reservations you have made or advertisements related to rides that you have posted on or through our Platform;

2.1.9 Bank details or financial transactions including transactions made through our Platform or otherwise; This may include information such as your card. payment or bank account details, details of trips or road segments that you have booked or offered through our Platform;

2.1.10 Details of your visits to our Platform and the pages you have accessed;

2.1.14 A copy of your passport, driving licence, identity card and other similar documents that you have agreed to provide to us.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

2.2.1 If you log in through authentication methods that use social networks, Zer0 will access certain Personal Data (e.g. name, surname, photo and e-mail) from your existing account on the social network, in compliance with the valid terms and conditions of these social networking platforms. We may collect some of your Personal Data. Personal when interacting with third parties through social media features such as "Like" features.

2.2.2 With respect to each of your visits to our Platform, we may collect, in accordance with applicable laws and, when necessary, with your consent, information about the devices you use and the networks you are connected to when you use our services. 2.3.1 With the exception of the categories of personal data mentioned in points 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 below, your personal data will be archived after the following retention periods:

  • 5 years after your last use of our Platform, if you do not close your account;

  • 30 days after closing your account, unless you have received a negative rating or report and then your personal data has been terminated. your personal account is kept for 2 years from the closing date of your account.

2.3.2 The following categories of personal data may be kept for different periods of time:

  • Financial data (e.g. payments, refunds, etc.) are kept for the period of time required by the accounting and tax laws in force (for example, accounting documents are kept for up to 10 years);

  • All user-generated content (e.g. comments, feedback and ratings) is anonymized in accordance with the durations mentioned in section 2.3.1, but remains valid on our Platform;

  • Log data is kept for up to 12 months from the date of collection;

  • Phone calls with our Community Service are kept for up to 1 month and review documents (such as call time and duration) are kept for up to 1 year.

2.3.3 In the event that your Account is suspended or blocked, we will retain your data for a period of 2 or 10 years, depending on the seriousness of the breach, in order to prevent you from evading the rules that apply to our Platform.

2.3.4 We may archive some of your Personal Data for a period not exceeding five (5) years to comply with our legal obligations and manage potential disputes.

4. Who are the beneficiaries of the information we collect from you? and for what purpose?

4.1 When you use our services, some information about you is shared with members of our communities, either on your public profile or during the booking process (e.g. we give your phone number to the members with whom you will share a trip).

4.2 We may receive and send information about you, including your personal data with other Zer0 entities  and subsidiaries, for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

4.3 We also work closely with third parties who may be beneficiaries of your personal data, such as:

  • our partners who are social networking platforms and who can provide you with connection services, such as linking the information in your profile. Zer0, from their social networking platforms to our Platform;

  • our partners who can advertise their services on our Platform and to whom you may decide to sign up. In particular, these services may be insurance services, banking services, rental services, etc.;

  • our partners who can advertise our services on their websites;

  • our subcontractors, including for technical, payment, identity verification and delivery services or analytics providers.

4.4 We do not disclose any of the information you provide to us, including your personal data, to any of these third parties mentioned in section 4.3, with the following exceptions:

  • 4.4.1 When we involve a service provider, a third party, for the performance of a contract we enter into with you to facilitate or extend our services (e.g. as part of payments made on our Platform);

  • 4.4.2 As part of the booking process and in order to provide the requested services, information such as your name, photograph, mobile phone number and/or e-mail address may be displayed on the Platform and/or transmitted to another member;

  • 4.4.3 As part of our evaluation system, the ratings you write will be published on the Platform. Comments that include your name abbreviated and your photo are visible to all visitors of the Platform;

  • 4.4.4 We use analytics service providers and search engines to help us improve and optimize the Platforms;

  • 4.4.5 If expressly requested by you (e.g. when using social media authentication methods, when you subscribe to a service provided by one of our partners, when you ask us to participate in an advantageous offer or transaction of one of our partners);

  • 4.4.6 We may distribute parts of our Platform (including rides you have posted) to be displayed on our partners' websites via APIs or widgets. In these cases, certain information in your profile will not be able to do so. publicly may be displayed on these websites.

  • 4.4.9 Where Zer0 is acquired, in whole or in part, by a third party, in which case the personal data held by it about its members shall represent one of the transferred assets.

4.5 In accordance with applicable laws and, when necessary, with your consent, we may group information about you, including your personal data and cookie information, which we receive from and transmit to our partners. We may use this information as well as the grouped information for the purposes mentioned above.

4.6 We draw your attention to the fact that if you decide to disclose your information, including personal data, with us through the connection services of our partners, any of our partners' privacy policies and notices may also be applicable to you, in addition to this Privacy Policy.
